Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, subject to the following terms and conditions:

    • To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at our web chat to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

    • Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

  3. Return Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for paying the postage costs for returning the item.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Refund Processing

    • Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Please allow 2 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

  5. Exclusions​

    • Gift cards are non-refundable.
